In a room naturally lit by large windows where you can admire the garden and the countryside of our resort, a space has been set up with Technogym machines. Here, Yoga and Pilates lessons are also held, followed by our teachers.

From a great past... to a great future!
It was the early years of the last century when the Count degli Azzoni Avogadro, lovers of the countryside and the Tuscan landscape, left the Veneto and moved to La Rotta, a small village on the Arno River halfway between Florence and Pisa.
Here, in an area rich in evidence of agricultural and wine production, Count Aldobrandino prepared the fertile plain lands to be cultivated with crops and vegetables, while the hilly lands were used for viticulture, which still today represent the flagship of the business, as well as the main focus of the company’s economy.
Later, it was Count Roberto – son of the pioneer Count Aldobrandino – who brought about a turning point in the company, giving rise to a slow and gradual transformation of the territory, diversifying the traditional crops, introducing poplar cultivation and establishing a hunting reserve with the related pheasant breeding. Thus, thanks to knowledge handed down with constancy and passion from generation to generation, the company still maintains a mixed production system and a very traditional approach, but at the same time oriented towards new experiments: today, in fact, Count Aldobrando has grafted new vegetable and aromatic crops such as parsley, rocket, spinach, pumpkin and beans alongside the classic crops of central Italy.
