Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time is from 2pm to 8pm. Earlier check-in is allowed provided that the room is available. A supplement may be required. 

Check-out must be done by 10 am. Late check-out is possible upon request at the reception and subject to availability. An additional fee is required.

Responsibility of the hotel owner and civil responsibility

All clients, according to art. 1783 and following of the civil code, must declare to the hotelier the precious objects, sums of money and whatever else is required by the law. In each room there is an electronic safe where customers are required to deposit valuable items, sums of money and anything else of value.

For all things, valuables and sums of money that are not reported and/or not kept in the Hotel safe, the hotel owner does not assume any responsibility.

The hotel has an insurance in case of accidents due to cause and/or fault of the hotel.

The Management of Le Sodole reserves the right to modify these regulations for reasons of expediency and functioning of the services by exposing the changes on the reception counter.

HOTEL SERVICES

Concierge services

The reception is open from 8:00am to 8:00pm (opening hours may vary). You can contact the Reception through the telephone that you find in your apartment by dialing the number "41".

If you need assistance outside these hours, please call us at +39 (0)587 468473 or +39 331 34 72 782 (or at the emergency number displayed at the reception).

Our staff is at the complete disposal of guests in order to make their stay as pleasant as possible.

Parking

Once at the Resort, the area on the right is completely used for parking for our guests.

The management will not be responsible for any damage to the vehicles

Restaurant

Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 9:30am from Tuesday to Friday and from 8:00am to 10:00am on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. For those who do not have breakfast included and want to add it, the cost is € 15.00 per person.

For information regarding restaurant opening times and reservations, please contact the reception.

On request we can arrange a wine tasting of the wines from the Cantina degli Azzoni Avogadro with Count Aldobrando.

The Resort reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card upon arrival and to make a Pre-Authorization. Your credit card details are treated as strictly confidential.

Upon reservation

-        Tours the degli Azzoni Avogadro Cantina and wine tasting

-        Shiatsu / Ayurvedic massage / plantar reflexology with our specialized operators.

-        Mountain Bikes rental € 5 per person for half a day, € 10 all day; any damage to the vehicle can be charged. 

-        Taxi service

COMMON AREAS 

Swimming pool

Our pool is available to guests from 9:00 am until 7:30 pm. Guests are kindly requested to read the rules displayed at the entrance.

Pool towels can be rented for € 2.00 each.

It is forbidden to use the bath towels of the rooms in the pool.

Wellness and gym area

Our little wellness centre is open to all guests of the Resort (over 18 years of age). 

The entrance fee is € 20.00 (max 2 people) and includes the following services:

– Sauna with Chromo-therapy

– Steam shower with hydro-massage

– Herb tea corner.

For correct use, please read the instructions that you will find on access. It is recommended to enter with a cotton towel or bathrobe and it is mandatory to use your own costume and the slippers that you will find included in the room. Access to the gym area is free.

USE OF THE APARTMENT

Room set up cleaning and linen change

We recommend that you carefully read our ecological suggestions, on the card that you find in the bathroom, in order to contribute to caring for the environment. 

The initial set-up of the room such as linen and accessories (toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.) is carried out based on the agreements made at the time of booking as well as the cleaning service which may include the daily reorganization of the room or the final cleaning only.

In any case we ask you to leave the kitchen as it was prior to your arrival.

The Hotel management can request the payment of € 15 for the eventual cleaning of kitchen utensils. 

Extra linen changes and cleaning needs to be required at the reception and will be charged separately ( 5.00 euros any set per person, 5.00 euros any linen )

It is forbidden to use the bath towels from the rooms at the pool.

Safe deposit box

Each room or apartment has a safe. Management is not responsible for non-use. In the reception there is a general safe available to Guests.

Waste disposal

Each apartment has 3 bins for separate collection placed under the sink. They must be used for plastic, organic and general waste. We invite you to throw the garbage in the special bins behind the parking lot. In addition to these, in the designated area there are other bins for the collection of paper and glass that we invite you to use.

Smoking policies

We kindly remind you that all apartments are NON SMOKING. Transgressors will be fined, in accordance with the current Italian law(Legge 16 gennaio 2003 n.3 art. 51).

Smoking is prohibited in any area of the Resort with the exception of the smoking area set up under the gazebo, in the center of the garden.
